Larisa Byers has recently joined Carleton Living as the new Accounting Manager, bringing with her extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate and Multifamily property management. Throughout her career, she has held pivotal accounting roles at Quarterra Group (Lennar), Lincoln Harris CSG, and Rainer Capital Management, where she developed a strong expertise in managing property portfolios across the U.S.
In her previous roles, Larisa successfully led accounting teams, ensuring consistent adherence to accounting procedures across a diverse portfolio of residential communities. She played a key role in implementing new accounting practices and policies, which significantly enhanced efficiency and standardized operations across departments. Her keen ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic solutions resulted in increased productivity and more streamlined workflows.
At Carleton Living, Larisa is responsible for leading a team of accountants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting to clients. She will draw upon her extensive experience to optimize financial operations while upholding Carleton’s commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Larisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Phoenix. She is highly proficient in a range of accounting software platforms, including OneSite/RealPage Accounting, OneSite/RealPage Leasing and Rents, Yardi Voyager, Yardi Enterprise, MRI, AvidXchange, and the MS Office Suite.
