Sharmeen Ali has joined Carleton Living as an Accountant, bringing extensive experience in property management accounting. She began her career in 2016 as a Project Accountant with Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, TX where she quickly built a solid foundation in financial reporting and budget management. Over the years, Sharmeen has worked with two additional leading property management firms, broadening her expertise in accounts payable, receivable and financial analysis.
At Carleton Living, Sharmeen will serve as a Property Accountant overseeing the financial operations of multiple properties. Her collaborative approach will be invaluable as she partners with her accounting team to implement effective financial strategies and drive overall success.
Sharmeen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Proficient in OneSite/RealPage, Yardi and other property management tools, she excels in streamlining processes and enhancing reporting accuracy. Her robust experience and technical skills make her a valuable addition to the Carleton Living team.
